30th October 2013

easyJet founder Sir Stelios Haji-Ioannou has been busy this week meeting his new scholars from the London School of Economics and Cass Business School. The twenty students, who began their studies earlier in the month, have been able to take up their places as a result of funding by the Stelios Philanthropic Foundation. Over refreshments Stelios and the scholars discussed major issues of the day including the international financial crisis as well as the role of entrepreneurship in wealth creation and distribution.
